Port Sorell SLSC was presented with the Tasmanian Surf League Country Club Champions award for the 2019/20 season at an event at Penguin SLSC on 11th September.

The Tasmanian Surf League is a series of four state-wide surf carnivals loosely based on the successful national Ocean6 series. Clubs, individuals and teams compete over the four events with the goal of winning the title of “Tasmanian Surf League Champion” in their respective categories based on points accumulated.

Cooper Armitstead took out the series u15/u17 Ironperson Champion and u15/u17 Board Champion.

Burnie SLSC won the TSL Metro Club point score with an extraordinary 3,351 points.
